Copenhagen, getting there & around

By plane - The Copenhagen Airport is located eight kilometers south of the city. There is a train station which is located directly beneath the arrival hall, and another station is being built to service travelers of the city. The airport is just one of two main hubs for the Scandinavian Airlines System.

By canal - Copenhagen is best visited through its canal system, which has been in existence for a long time. Tours via the organized canal system provides a different look to the town which has a well-plotted water system.

By train - Copenhagen has a public transport system by use of the S-trains. Its heart is the Copenhagen Central Station, which stretches to most parts of Copenhagen's major towns, and is further expanded by smaller regional train systems which connect the airport and the other cities of Sweden and Denmark.
